Senior Cross Country Evaluation
On Wednesday we had Senior School cross country. Unfortunately I did not take part as I was at the power station on a science trip.However I did take part in training and I believe that my fitness has improved as the unit progressed. In the beginning I liked Short distance running more than cross country but my stamina has slowly gotten better as we continued training.I have never really liked running(and still don't)but I enjoy running with a friend and find this helps me learn to pace myself. I have never done well in cross country and find it difficult to run but I do sometimes run in my spare time if I feel like I need fresh air.I think I did well in training and now feel more able to run long distances. I would like to be able to run fast but do not wish to go out of my way to achieve this. Overall I think I have put good effort into my training for Cross Country.

I am glad to hear you feel you fitness improved as the unit progressed. I did notice that you seemed to enjoy running with a friend - when you both have the right attitude, it can really help keep you motivated:)
